Mr. JT Hsu is a Managing Director and Global Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and the Head of BCG's Taipei office. He specializes in BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and leads BCG's global Semiconductors & Materials business.

With extensive consulting experience across the Asia-Pacific region, Mr. Hsu serves as the project leader for BCG Asia-Pacific's strategy development. Over the years, he has led numerous medium-long-term strategic planning, business model innovation, and transformation initiatives for clients in the high-technology and telecommunications industries. He has profound experiences in terms of consumer electronics value chain, encompassing semiconductors, components, end-user devices, and content services.

Prior to joining BCG, Mr. Hsu worked as an IC design engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), and subsequently held senior management positions at multiple high-technology startups across Asia and the United States. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
